Large family house of 330 m2 with courtyard at the front, south-facing garden with swimming pool at the back, located in the city center of Tours, in a very quiet area, 100 meters from the remarkable garden of Prébendes designed by the Bühler brothers. <br>Nineteenth century building completely restored in a contemporary way. <br>Small swimming pool of 6 x 2.6 m, secured by roller shutter, heated to 26 degrees Celsius from May 15 to September 15.<br>On the first floor of the house, with a surface area of 110m2, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a library with TV, a large living room opening onto the terrace, the pool and the garden, then a toilet.<br>On the 1st floor you will find 2 very large bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a 2nd bathroom with shower, separate toilets, a linen room equipped with a washing machine and dryer and, on the landing, a study piano.<br>On the 2nd floor, you will find a large library and TV area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, an office and toilets with washbasin. <br>The house is equipped with high-speed internet access (Orange fiber). If you have to or wish to telework, an office on the 2nd floor allows you to isolate yourself to work comfortably. In the garden and on the terrace you will find in addition to the outdoor furniture two sunbeds and a professional plancha.<br>You can discover the city of Tours on foot (Les Halles, the historic Plumereau district, the Saint Martin basilica and the City Hall are 10 minutes away, the SNCF train station, the CCCOD, the cathedral district and the Gouïn hotel are 15 minutes away).<br>Parking is free on the street. You can park 1 vehicle in the private courtyard of the house and as many bicycles as you want if you want to enjoy the beautiful routes of the Loire by bike. <br>You will find food shops, a newspaper and even a gastronomic restaurant in the immediate vicinity less than 5 minutes away. <br>The house is non-smoking.
