This is a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for scenic walks with stunning views of the Olympic Mountains & Puget Sound. It’s an 8-minute drive to downtown Ballard, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shops, and vibrant local culture.

You’ll have a private entrance and convenient parking, with space for up to two cars—either in our driveway or directly in front of our home. The floors between our living room, kitchen, and the apartment are insulated, but you may occasionally hear general sounds from above. We are mindful of our guests and make an effort to tread lightly. There is an in-ground pool on the property that is not available for guest use. However, you’re welcome to relax on our patio and take in the beautiful view. Please note that the patio is a shared space, and you may see us there from time to time
