This professionally furnished, 5,300-square-foot home sits on a lushly landscaped acre behind private gates, with beautiful mountain views and inviting spaces to gather. Spend the morning on the court, enjoy an afternoon by the pool and spa, then settle in for dinner outdoors. A pool fence can be arranged for families traveling with little ones.

WELLNESS, FITNESS & RECOVERY
Keep your favorite routines close at hand with a private, air-conditioned gym featuring a Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread, Tonal smart gym, free weights and yoga mats. Enjoy the warmth of the newly added infrared sauna or an invigorating cold plunge after a workout, a hike or a game of pickleball.
The private sports court offers pickleball, basketball and volleyball with mountain views as your backdrop. Balance your active time with a leisurely swim, an evening in the spa or a quiet morning on a poolside lounger. Here, you can set your own pace and make each day as active or restful as you like.
BEDROOMS
There are 6 bedrooms each with premium Four Seasons bedding, large closets, HDTVs, and ceiling fans. There are three King bedrooms downstairs each with private bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one King with private bathroom, one Queen with private bathroom, and one King bed plus a Queen sleeper sofa with use of the pool bath as private bathroom or a shared bath within the interior of the home.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable sitting area, spa-like bathroom, Camelback Mountain views and direct access to the pool and patio. Another downstairs guest suite includes a large desk and office chair. An EZbed can be provided if an additional sleeping space is needed.

KITCHEN
A newly updated kitchen fully equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances invites meal preparation of all sizes. Small appliances include a Wolf drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, Wolf toaster, mixer, crockpot, waffle maker, griddle, rice cooker and more! Children's dinnerware is stocked for our littlest guests.
LOCATION
Located in the heart of Paradise Valley just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale shopping, dining and entertainment, surrounded by world-class spas and excellent golf courses in all directions, and around the corner from the Echo Canyon trailhead on Camelback Mountain. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) airport is 15 minutes away; Scottsdale Municipal (SDL) airport is 20 minutes away.

POOL HEATING: Pool heating is recommended between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to swim comfortably and is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
