We are located at the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, the property is 19miles south of Tulum’s hotel zone.
The house has 6 rooms, each one with its own bathroom and A/C (the air conditioning is turned on at night for a period of 12 hours, if you want additional hours it costs $12usd per extra hour).
The house has a kitchenette inside and another fully equipped kitchen.
The property has private common areas such as a swimming pool, sunbathing area, volleyball court, dock in the lagoon, campfire, children's play areas, hammocks and more.

This service doesn’t include beverages, just water gallons, coffee and ice.
Some of our guests rent a car so they can move around if needed but we also offer a transportation service in a 12r people Van for $850usd (round trip).
