THE HOUSE
7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a Smart TV, plus 2 half bathrooms. 5 King beds and 4 Queens, with bedrooms 3 and 4 holding two Queens each: 18 guests, every one in a proper bed. Just under 10,000 sq ft, multi-level, with stairs between areas and no elevator.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
A private underground bar below the main house, for birthdays, anniversaries and long dinners away from the bedrooms. Very few villas have one.
OUTSIDE
Heated pool facing the ocean, jacuzzi, a fire pit lounge built for sunsets and an outdoor dining terrace with the same view.

Fitness room, fireplace, full kitchen and several separate living and dining spaces.
THE BEACH
This is a hilltop villa, not a beachfront one. The nearest swimmable beach is Punta Bella, about a mile away, and the four-passenger golf cart included with the house is how guests get there.
