It is located in the heart of Maâ, the most authentic district of Moliets-et-Maâ, known for its pine forest and typical Landes houses, an ideal place to discover the south-west of France.
The house is made of wood and meets the latest construction standards in terms of energy saving. For your comfort, the house is fully equipped in terms of appliances, has 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. It is air conditioned, has a wood stove. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The house has been designed to promote outdoor living, even in case of rain! Thus, the living room opens with two large windows giving you access to a very large covered area, ideal for lunch, chat or enjoy the evening with friends. Regarding the pool, for holidays in peace, you can add, in addition to the rigid curtain of protection, a removable flexible barrier around the pool to prevent access to your children.
