House Rules/Terms and Conditions for Vacation Rentals
Our vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
We therefore ask that you DO NOT smoke inside the apartment. Thank you very much.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time if it differs from the specified check-in times. The key card will be handed over at the front desk, and if you require any additional services—such as reserving paid underground parking spaces—these will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
We provide bed linens for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the sheets before your departure.
Used dishes should be returned to the cabinets clean and dry; the beds do not need to be stripped.
Before you leave, please simply pile all used towels on the floor.
Bathroom.
To prevent limescale buildup, please wipe down the tiles and glass in the shower after showering.
Leave the window open—and, if possible, the door as well—to air out the room.
Do not throw or pour any hygiene products, trash, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar items into the shower or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant clogs. Please use the facilities provided.
Damage
No one intentionally damages property, but accidents can happen to anyone. Should this occur, please be sure to report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it during the final cleaning after your departure.
The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
Bedding
Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of the final cleaning is included in the total price. It is calculated based on a standard cleaning effort. If you’d like an additional cleaning, please let us know!
Hair dryer
We provide a hair dryer for the duration of your stay. You’ll find it in the cabinet under the sink.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for the guest(s)' valuables.
Towels
We provide towels for the duration of your stay. You’ll find additional towels in the cabinet under the sink.
Please simply leave the used towels on the floor before you check out. First-aid kit
A small first-aid kit is available in case of an emergency; you’ll find it in the cabinet under the sink. However, we hope you won’t need it.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been completely renovated. Please treat the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care. Please return dishes to the cabinets only when they are dry and clean. The same applies to silverware, pots, and appliances you have used. Please put everything back the way you would like to find it yourself.

Ventilation
To prevent mold growth, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently—at least one thorough airing (5–10 minutes) per day, and especially after showering.
Trash
Since we are required to sort trash, we ask that you help us with this.
Trash must be sorted as follows:
- Packaging materials (yellow bag), i.e., all packaging with the Green Dot label.
- Paper (blue trash can). The bin for this is located by the coat check.
- Organic waste (green bin), i.e., fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. - General waste (anything not covered by the first two categories)
- We will dispose of glass bottles and returnable bottles for you upon request.
